If you live, work or worship in Carter County, Tennessee, you are eligible to join one of the fastest growing credit unions in East Tennessee. You can also join if you have a relative who is already a member.

How Can I Join?
It’s easy to become a member. Come by our main office in Downtown Elizabethton and bring the following:
- A copy of your Driver’s License or Picture ID
- To become a member a $0.25 membership is required and a $5.00 deposit to your new savings account.
- A $1.50 Security/ID Fee will be charged monthly to provide protection against identity theft.
When opening your checking account, you can receive a Debit Card immediately for activation and use the next day.
Members joining under the age of 18 must open a joint account with an adult over 18.
